Santiago Chile South America

… a long 17 hour transit. Made easier in the Latam (Latin America) airline lounge. Well worth the fee as it meant a sleeping pod, shower, space and oodles of good food.

Heart beings continue to showup and shine everywhere. Even the airport.

Melbourne to Santiago is roughly half way to Bacalar Mexico. Santiago to Mexico City is nine hours. The previous ten hour New Zealand to Santiago flight was a sardine smorgasboard with me in the middle seat with a chatty New Zealand Maoiri in the window and a Latin American in the aisle.

Right now I’m revelling in a window seat with a free middle seat and a very happy African man in the aisle.

  1. Kaila – just to say – you’re an inspiration – to me – for sure. Loved receiving these details. Wonderful journey and respect all ways for your Kristic joy-in-love. Have a fun time (when you get there) in Bacalar. I will be thinking of you in the sunshine of that beautiful place. Dave E
